The Tides Restaurant and Bar

A genuine Caribbean delight, The Tides has the most romantic dining atmosphere on the island where you can experience candle lights under the stars, a moonlit sea, and the gentle sway of the tides. Our extensive wine list features over 60 wines from USA, France, Italy, Australia, Spain and Chile. Reservations are a must for our Caribbean Dinners which are a special event. Served at 7:30 pm six nights a week, our nightly special dinner menu includes an appetizer, main course, three vegetables, dessert and coffee.

The Tides also offers select à la Carte dining served from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm Monday to Saturday. Enjoy tranquil views of the ocean whilst enjoying breakfast and lunch from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm daily.
