Hotel Room Rates

Rates are per night and quoted in US Dollars. Rates apply to the maximum number of guests indicated. An extra person supplement charge of $30 per person per day applies in some studio and one-bedroom accommodations which offer space to accommodate additional guests. A customary 5% tax and 15% service is added.

Deposit Policy
1 - 5 nights:   Full Deposit.
6 + nights:   50% Deposit.

Cancellation Policy
60 + days notice:   Refund of deposit less 10% or $50 minimum.
30 -60 days notice of cancellation:   25% refund of deposit.
0 - 30 days notice of cancellation:    No refund.
